File storage time limit

I have decided to put a limit on the time that IMAGES by Ngaire will keep the files from your shoot. One year from the date of the portrait appointment and two years from the date of the wedding is what Ive decided on. I think that after that time, children are changing so much that you are ready for another shoot and for weddings a little longer because of the big life changes. Ive also got a lot of files that I have to back up and use space on 4 external hard-drives. I want to put a limit on the file storage.
